When are you coming?
March–May. Snow still on the peaks, the meadow already green. Streams and waterfalls run full and the trails are still quiet.
Ask about spring dates →June–August. Long days on the meadow, a dip in the stream and the Soča for rafting or kayaking. The Vršič pass is open.
Ask about summer dates →September–November. Golden larches and beeches, clear days for hiking, and in the evening a fire and the hot tub.
Ask about autumn dates →December–February. Snow on the peaks and quiet evenings by the tiled stove. The Vršič pass is closed in winter, so you come in via Bovec.
